Miscellaneous amendments

The Registered Designs Act is amended by deleting the words “or non‑physical products” wherever they appear in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “, non‑physical products, or sets of articles and non‑physical products”: Section 12(1) Section 13(1) Section 26(1).
