Amendment of section 14

Section 14 of the Trade Marks Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “correcting” in subsection (3) and substituting the word “amending”;

(b)

by deleting the word “address” in subsection (3)(a) and substituting the words “other particular”;

(c)

by deleting the word “correction” in subsection (3) and substituting the word “amendment”; and

(d)

by deleting subsection (4) and substituting the following subsection:“(4) Subsection (3) is subject to the rules mentioned in section 108(2)(ea).”.
