Amendment of section 67

Section 67 of the Trade Marks Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after subsection (3), the following subsection:“(3A) An application to the Registrar for rectification is subject to the rules mentioned in section 108(2)(ea).”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “or correction” in the section heading.
