Clause 55

Amendment of Intellectual Property Office of Singapore Act

The Intellectual Property Office of Singapore Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “, fines and composition fines” in section 13(b); and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after subsection (2) of section 33, the following subsection:“(3) All sums collected under this section must be paid into the Consolidated Fund.”.
