Clause 7

The principal Act is amended by deleting the words “the prescribed date” wherever they appear in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “18 November 2015”: Section 36I(9) and (10) Section 174(4), (5), (6) and (7) Section 175(4) and (5) Section 176(4), (6), (11) and (13) Section 177(10) and (11) Section 178(7) Section 179(9) and (10).
