Amendment of section 37
Section 37 of the Women’s Charter is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “signs any false notice or certificate” and substituting the words “intentionally provides any false information or document”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “False oath, etc.,” in the section heading and substituting the words “Intentional falsehoods”.
