Clause 13

by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) The Postal Authority may also give directions to be observed by a public postal licensee in relation to the implementation and performance of any agreement or arrangement mentioned in section 7A(1) under which the public postal licensee delivers applicable postal articles to letter boxes.”; and

by inserting, immediately after the words “subsection (1)” in subsections (2) and (3), the words “or (1A)”.
