Related amendment to External Loans Act 1968
Section 2(1) of the External Loans Act 1968 is amended by deleting the words “Development Fund Act (Cap. 80)” in paragraph (a) and substituting the words “Development Fund Act 1959 but not to meet nationally significant infrastructure expenditure within the meaning of section 11 of the Significant Infrastructure Government Loan Act 2021”.
