Clause 32

Consequential amendments to Monetary Authority of Singapore Act 1970

The Schedule to the Monetary Authority of Singapore Act 1970 is amended —

(a)

by deleting items 7 and 8; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 19, the following item:“19A.Significant Infrastructure Government Loan Act 2021”.
