Clause 16

by inserting, immediately after the words “driving licences” wherever they appear in paragraphs (a) and (e), the words “under section 35 or competency test certificates under section 47H(1)”; and

by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:“(b)with respect to the nature of tests of competence to drive a motor vehicle or ride a road‑only PAB on roads, the administration of the tests of competence, and evidence of the result of attending and successfully completing any such test;”.
