Amendment of section 133

Section 133(7) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “by name, by notification in the Gazette, made by the” in paragraph (a) and substituting the words “by a”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “by name, by notification in the Gazette, made” in paragraph (b).
