Amendment of section 34

Section 34 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “not produced to him or he requires” and substituting the words “not produced to him or her or he or she requires”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “in his opinion” and substituting the words “in the Magistrate’s opinion”.
