Amendment of section 37

Section 37 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “admittance to bail” in subsection (1)(b) and substituting the words “release on bail”;

(b)

by deleting the words “shall be by way” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “is to be by way”; and

(c)

by deleting the words “shall be executed” in subsection (6) and substituting the words “must be executed”.
