Clause 19

Consequential and related amendments to Criminal Procedure Code 2010

The Criminal Procedure Code 2010 is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “section 10, 24 or 34” in section 95(1)(c) and substituting the words “section 12 or 34”;

(b)

by deleting paragraph (a) of section 417(1); and

(c)

by deleting subsection (2) of section 417.
