Clause 4

The principal Act is amended by deleting the word “Part” wherever it appears in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “Act (except for Parts 5 and 6)”: Section 3(1), (2), (3) and (4) (including the section heading) Section 4(1)(a) and (b) and (2) (including the section heading) Section 5(1) and (2) (including the section heading).
