Amendment of section 25

Section 25 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:“(2) If an offence is compounded under this Act, any seized item (except a conveyance) in connection with the offence is liable to forfeiture under section 15A or 15B.”.
