Clause 8

New section 12A

The principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 12, the following section:“Authorised officer’s assistants12A. An authorised officer may be accompanied or assisted by persons necessary for the exercise of the authorised officer’s powers under section 9, 11 or 12.”.
