Clause 11

Amendment of section 48

Section 48(1) of the principal Act (as renumbered by section 9) is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (a), the following paragraph:“(aa)any identifying information or record recorded in the identification database;”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “register” in paragraph (c), the words “, identification database”.
