Consequential amendment to Employment of Foreign Manpower Act 1990

Section 2A(2) of the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act 1990 is amended by deleting the words “intimate sample within the meaning of section 13A” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “invasive sample within the meaning given by section 8”.
