Clause 19

Consequential and related amendments to Immigration Act 1959

The Immigration Act 1959 is amended —

(a)

by repealing section 53; and

(b)

by deleting the words “intimate sample within the meaning given by section 13A” in section 61A(b) and substituting the words “invasive sample within the meaning given by section 8”.
