Clause 23

Consequential and related amendments to National Registration Act 1965

The National Registration Act 1965 is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “intimate sample from the human body within the meaning of section 13A” in section 2(3)(b) and substituting the words “invasive sample from the human body within the meaning given by section 8”; and

(b)

by repealing section 18.
