Clause 9
Amendment of section 7
Section 7(4) of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (a); and
(b)
by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (b) and substituting the word “; or”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(c)the aircraft is used in the military, customs or police service of the Republic of Singapore.”.
