Clause 30

Saving and transitional provisions

(1)

Section 14 does not apply in relation to any tourist guide licensee where the written notice of intention under section 28(4) of the principal Act (as in force immediately before the date of commencement of section 14) is given to the tourist guide licensee before that date, and section 28 of the principal Act applies in relation to him or her as if it had not been amended by section 14.

(2)

Where an appeal is made to the Minister under section 29 of the principal Act before the date of commencement of section 15 and is pending as of that date, section 29 of the principal Act (as in force immediately before that date) continues to apply to the appeal as if that section 29 had not been repealed.

(3)
