Amendment of section 33

Section 33(2) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraph (b); and

(b)

by deleting the full‑stop at the end of paragraph (c) and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(d)comply with any requirement relating to the publication or dissemination of the declaration as the Authority may prescribe.”.
