Amendment of section 42

Section 42 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “action” wherever it appears in subsections (1), (2) and (4)(a) and (c), the words “or arbitration”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “action” in subsection (4)(b), the words “or arbitration by the person so authorised”.
