Amendment of section 68

Section 68 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “section 67(1)” in subsection (1)(a), the words “and (3A)”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “section 67(1)” in subsection (2), the words “or (3A)”.
