Amendment of section 75
Section 75 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “true and fair accounts” in subsections (1), (3)(b) and (5) and substituting in each case the words “true and fair financial statements”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “to the accounts” in subsections (1) and (5) and substituting in each case the words “to the financial statements”.
