Amendment of section 87
Section 87 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection:“(1) The trustee‑manager of a registered business trust must attach a statement of its policies and practices in relation to its management and governance of the registered business trust, containing such information and description as may be prescribed by the Authority, to —
(a)
the financial statements of the registered business trust required under section 76(1); or
(b)
in a case where section 76(3) is applicable and the registered business trust is a parent business trust, the consolidated financial statements of the group and balance sheet of the parent business trust.”.
