Amendment of section 93

Section 93 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “balance sheet,” in subsection (1), the words “financial statements,”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “any account, balance sheet, report or other document” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “a document”.
