Amendment of section 98
Section 98 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “guidelines” in subsection (1), the words “, policy statements, practice notes”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “guideline” wherever it appears in subsections (2), (3), (4)(a) and (b) and (8), the words “, policy statement, practice note”; and
(c)
by deleting the words “or guideline” in subsections (5) and (7) and substituting in each case the words “, guideline, policy statement or practice note”.
