Amendment and renaming of Schedule
The Schedule to the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by renaming the Schedule as the First Schedule; and
(b)
by deleting paragraph 3 and substituting the following paragraph:“3. A trust under which each of the unitholders is a related corporation of the trustee, except for a trust that has received approval-in-principle, or eligibility-to-list, for its admission to the official list of an approved exchange and such approval‑in‑principle or eligibility‑to‑list has not expired or been revoked.”.
