Deletion of obsolete powers to make transitional provisions or consequential amendments
(1)
In the Broadcasting Act 1994, delete section 38.
(2)
In the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore Act 2001, delete section 38.
(3)
In the Newspaper and Printing Presses Act 1974, delete section 14.
(4)
In the Trade Marks Act 1998, in section 109, delete subsection (2).
