Clause 21

The principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after the First Schedule (as amended by section 20), the following Schedule:“SECOND SCHEDULESections 5(1), 64(2), 64AA(1) and 64ABStandards, methods, procedures and other requirements which may be prescribed by oversight committee1.Standards, methods, procedures and other requirements when auditing and reporting on financial statements.2.Standards, methods or procedures on quality control to be applied when providing public accountancy services.”.
