Consequential amendments to Banking Act 1970
The Third Schedule to the Banking Act 1970 is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “reviewer” in paragraph (a)(iii) in the third column of item 1 of Part 2 and substituting the words “practice reviewer”; and
(b)
by deleting the word “ “reviewer” ” in Part 3 and substituting the words “ “practice reviewer” ”.
