Amendment of section 36

Section 36 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “reviewer” wherever it appears in subsections (1) and (2) and substituting in each case the words “practice reviewer”; and

(b)

by deleting the word “reviewer’s” wherever it appears in subsection (2)(d) and substituting in each case the words “practice reviewer’s”.
