Amendment of section 31

In section 31 of the principal Act —

(a)

in the section heading, delete “registry account” and substitute “fixed‑price carbon credit registry account”; and

(b)

delete “the Carbon Credits Registry” and substitute “the Fixed‑Price Carbon Credits Registry”.
