Amendment of section 32
In section 32 of the principal Act —
(a)
in the section heading, delete “registry account” and substitute “fixed‑price carbon credit registry account”;
(b)
in subsections (1) and (2), delete “a registry account” and substitute “an FPCC registry account”;
(c)
in subsection (1)(d), delete “carbon credit” and substitute “fixed‑price carbon credit”; (d)in subsection (2)(a) and (b), delete “carbon credits” and substitute “fixed‑price carbon credits”; and
(e)
in subsection (2)(b), delete “registry account” and substitute “FPCC registry account”.
