Amendment of section 33
In section 33 of the principal Act —
(a)
in the section heading, delete “registry account” and substitute “fixed‑price carbon credit registry account”;
(b)
in subsection (1), delete “a registry account” and substitute “an FPCC registry account”; (c)in subsections (2), (3)(a), (4), (5), (6) and (7), delete “registry account” (wherever it appears) and substitute “FPCC registry account”; and
(d)
in subsection (6)(a) and (b), delete “carbon credit” and substitute “fixed‑price carbon credit”.
