The Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority Act 2004 is amended by inserting, immediately after the Second Schedule, the following Schedule:“THIRD SCHEDULESections 35A(1), 35K(1) and 35L(1), (2), (3), (4) and (6)DESIGNATED ENTITIES1.
