Amendment of Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018
The Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018 is amended by deleting the words “Singapore Accountancy Commission Act 2013” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority Act 2004”: Section 50(3)(c) Section 72D(7)(b) Section 250M(3)(b).
