Amendment of section 53

Section 53 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “subsection (1)” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “subsections (1) and (2)(b)”;

(b)

by deleting the words “that subsection” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “those provisions”; and

(c)

by deleting subsection (5).
