Amendment of section 46A

Section 46A of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “child of the marriage” in subsection (5) and substituting the words “child of the parties”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “dependent child of the marriage” in the definition of “parenting plan” in subsection (12) and substituting the words “dependent child of the parties”.
