Amendment of section 16

In section 16 of the principal Act —

(a)

in paragraph (b), delete “and” at the end of the paragraph;

(b)

delete paragraph (c) and substitute —“(c)7% for the period from 1 July 2007 to 31 December 2022 (both dates inclusive);

(ca)8% for the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 (both dates inclusive); and

(cb)9% from and including 1 January 2024,”; and

(c)

in paragraph (d), after “services”, insert “(including a reverse charge supply)”.
