Amendment of Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act 1992

Section 2(1) of the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act 1992 is amended by deleting the definition of “financial institution” and substituting the following definition:“ “financial institution” has the meaning given by section 2 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2022, and includes a VCC;”.
