Clause 211

Section 2(2) of the United Nations Act 2001 is amended by deleting the words “directions issued or regulations made by the Monetary Authority of Singapore under section 27A of the Monetary Authority of Singapore Act 1970” and substituting the words “directions issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore under section 15 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2022, or regulations made by the Monetary Authority of Singapore under section 192 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2022 for the purposes of section 15 of that Act”.
