Amendment of Financial Services and Markets Act 2022

Section 6 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2022 is amended by deleting the definition of “digital payment token instrument” and substituting the following definition:“ “digital payment token instrument” has the meaning given by section 2(1) of the Payment Services Act 2019;”.
