Definitions for Division

In this Division, unless the context otherwise requires —“access blocking order” means an order under section 117(1) to disable access to an online location;“internet service provider” means a provider of an internet access service;“payment blocking order” means an order under section 118(1)(b) or (3) to block specified transactions;“unlawful remote gambling activity” means any conduct that is an offence —

(a)

under section 18 by the provision of a remote gambling service with a Singapore‑customer link or a Singapore‑based remote gambling service; or

(b)

under section 20(1) of unlawful gambling using remote communication.
