Clause 71
Validity of approval of game or game rules, etc.
Every approval granted under section 70 to a licensee is to continue in force until —
(a)
the period of approval lapses (where such a period is specified in the approval); (b)it is cancelled on the application of the licensee;
(c)
it is cancelled by the Authority under Division 2 of Part 7 by way of regulatory action; or (d)the licensee ceases to be granted a licence.
