Clause 74

Approval of gaming machine, etc.

(1)

After considering any application under section 73, the Authority may —

(a)

on payment of a fee (if prescribed), grant approval to the supplier of —

(i)

any gaming machine mentioned in section 72(a); (ii)any gaming machine game mentioned in section 72(b); and

(iii)

any peripheral equipment for a gaming machine mentioned in section 72(c),which is the subject of the application; or

(b)

refuse to grant the approval.

(2)

An approval granted under this section —

(a)

for a gaming machine includes an approval of the gaming machine games installed in the gaming machine unless the Authority otherwise specifies in the approval; and (b)for a gaming machine and any peripheral equipment for a gaming machine applies to all gaming machines and peripheral equipment for a gaming machine, respectively, of that same kind.
