Clause 21

Amendment of section 80I

Section 80I of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting the word “and” at the end of subsection (1)(b);

(b)

by deleting the word “; and” at the end of subsection (1)(c) and substituting a full‑stop;

(c)

by deleting paragraph (d) of subsection (1); and

(d)

by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) Every cleaning business licence (other than a prescribed class of cleaning business licence) may be renewed upon its expiry.”.
